Blue and Gold Committee Chair ...

Our annual Blue and Gold Banquet is quickly approaching.  Save the date!  The rules for the Fellas' Bake Off have been posted.  Scouts are asked to create a dessert for the closing of the banquet and the presentations will be judged by the female attendees.  Please read and follow the rules carefully.  I would like to ask the Webelo I and II scouts that have created patch displays, to bring them to the banquet to proudly display your achievements.   I would ask at this time for volunteers to assist with various chores before, during and after the banquet.  I will need:
  • 5-6 people to arrive at Palmer between 4:30-4:45 to set up
  • 2-3 people to handle the cake judging (arrive by 5:30)
  • 2 people to set up drinks and keep them flowing (arrive by 5:30)
  • 4-5 people to stay after and clean up
